Refund and Returns Policy
Our products are made to order. however, if you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receipt with some helpful information including a photo of the product and order number. Once the claim is received, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the claim via email, with the further arrangement.
This Return and Refund Policy applies only to “incorrect” or “faulty product” upon receipt as a result of our error or our mistakes, and the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You can submit a claim if you received an incorrect or defective item no later than 3 days after the item is received.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our refund and replacement policy are eligible only for incorrect and/or defective item(s). We cannot accept any claims if it is a result of an item type or model that was mistakenly chosen by the purchaser or buyer.
To file your claim, send us an email at email@example.com or visit the Contact Us pages. We require at least a photo or video of the item and the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your claim. Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your claim.
We cannot guarantee reshipment for lost items due to the incorrect address provided by the purchaser. We strongly encourage you to carefully check your order details and shipping address on your cart before making any payment.
You can ask for any claims, refunds or cancellation requests only within 3 business days you receive the item(s).
You should expect to receive your refund within 14-30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
