Every product we sell are made to order and, in normal we will be shipped within 3-4 business days.

Unforeseen delays are always a possibility in holidays and peak seasons however, we will try our best to ensure all deliveries arrive on time.

If you need fast shipping, please choose option DHL express or EMS express with an estimated delivery time between 3 – 7 business days.
IMPORTANT : When the item arrives at the buyer’s home but there is no one at home, please be able to allow the neighbour to sign your item. Then when you receive a notification about the delivery and you can’t find it, please contact your neighbour about your item.

These delivery times do not include handling time (1 – 3 business days). Please also note that delivery times are estimated and may not be the actual delivery standard experienced. It may also require extra transit time because of unforeseen delays.

Our products are made to order. however, if you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us at help@casefantasy.com within 3 business days of receipt with some helpful information including a photo of the product and order number. Once the claim is received, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the claim via email, with the further arrangement.

This Return and Refund Policy applies only to “incorrect” or “faulty product” upon receipt as a result of our error or our mistakes, and the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You can submit a claim if you received an incorrect or defective item no later than 3 days after the item is received.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our refund and replacement policy are eligible only for incorrect and/or defective item(s). We cannot accept any claims if it is a result of an item type or model that was mistakenly chosen by the purchaser or buyer.

To file your claim, send us an email at help@casefantasy.com or visit the Contact Us pages. We require at least a photo or video of the item and the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your claim. Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your claim.

We cannot guarantee reshipment for lost items due to the incorrect address provided by the purchaser. We strongly encourage you to carefully check your order details and shipping address on your cart before making any payment.

You can ask for any claims, refunds or cancellation requests only within 3 business days you receive the item(s). 

You should expect to receive your refund within 14-30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
